Warranty
Larry Adler guarantees all services and products offered at Larry Adler Ski & Outdoor outlets within Australia. If for any reason you have a problem with your purchase due to faulty workmanship or materials we will refund, exchange, repair or credit. But first, we need to ask your help in following our Warranty Claim procedure listed on the back of your shipping document. We cannot warranty goods without proof of purchase or those outside the warranty period laid down by manufacturer. Once goods leave our warehouse if damaged lost or stolen during transit it is the responsibility of Freight Company. Please do not return damaged merchandise to us until you have first contacted our customer service department 1800 ADLERS for advice.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are less than satisfied with your purchase from Larry Adler Ski & Outdoor you may send it back to us for exchange, repair or refund. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase and must be in pristine condition in original packaging with swing tags attached. Goods must be returned with all details completed on the Returns & Warranty form that can be found on the reverse side of your shipping document. We can only credit you by the method of payment used on purchase & for gift recipients we offer a non refundable store gift voucher Gift wrapping, shipping and handling charges are not refundable No returns or exchanges are available on Sale items, or items without proof of purchase documentation. All charges associated with the secure return of goods is responsibility of buyer.
