All our delivery partners are committed to keeping parcels moving, however you may experience some delays during this time. In order to minimise contact for the drivers, if your property is unattended, your parcel may be left in a safe place or returned to depot for you to arrange a suitable time.
We will endeavour to keep you updated if there are any further unexpected delays and we thank you for your patience and understanding
What are your freight and handling charges?
International orders will have shipping charged determined at checkout based on product weight.
How long will my parcel take?
Larry Adler chooses to partner with Australia Post, Go Logistics and Interparcel for all domestic deliveries and Australia Post for International orders. Please note that Go Logistics and Interparcel are unable to deliver to a PO Box address.
Larry Adler will choose which is the most appropriate delivery partner on an order by order basis.
All deliveries will be sent tracking information to your nominated email address.
For all Australia Post deliveries, please allow 3 – 7 working days from dispatch.
For all Go Logistics and Interparcel deliveries, please allow 1 – 3 working days from dispatch for metropolitan deliveries and up to 5 working days for regional or extended metro areas.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes we do! You can collect your parcel free of charge from any of our Larry Adler stores by nominating your preference at the checkout options. (For store locations and hours click here)
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, please allow 1-2 business days. Please note, there may be delays during sale and peak periods.
