Designed with expert skiers, patrollers, and instructors in mind, they balance a blend of race tech and freeride construction to create a true quiver-of-one experience. The combination of a shorter turn radius and a wide 88 mm waist, paired with a rockered tip and tail profile, delivers progressive carving in all terrain.
Made for the snow you find rather than the snow you expect, the Arcade 88 lets you carve and charge from first chair to final lap, all winter long in all snow conditions. 100% every turn.
Features:
- Vibration Absorption System (VAS): reduces ski vibration to provide ultra-smooth snow contact, delivering a confident, connected flow in all snow conditions.
- Line Control Technology (LCT): Rossignol’s Line Control Technology harnesses pure power and energy through a central vertical power rail in the wood core, eliminating counter-flex for constant snow contact and precise, dynamic line control.
- Sidewall: rectangular sidewall construction features horizontal layering of core materials (wood, fibreglass, metal, etc.) combined with full-length vertical sidewalls to optimise edge grip, precision, balance, and power.
- Full Titanal Layer: restores maximum energy and power in heavy turns, extreme conditions, and at high speeds.
- Premium Hardtop: offers uncompromising topsheet durability and rich graphics to protect and prolong the life of your skis.
- Air Tip: Air Tip technology reduces weight at the extremities and concentrates ski mass underfoot, freeing the tips and tails for effortless manoeuvrability, natural flotation, and playful control.
- Tip & Tail Rocker: designed for all terrain and snow conditions, Tip & Tail Rocker delivers a balanced mix of hard snow precision and soft snow playfulness with a longer progressive tip and early rise tail.
- Extended Sidecut: extended sidecut improves high-speed grip while enhancing low-speed handling, allowing full-length snow contact at speed and easier, more playful rotation at slower speeds.
- Sintered HD Base: delivers excellent glide in all snow conditions.
- PEFC-certified Poplar Wood Core ensures an ideal balance of dampness, elasticity, and weight savings.
